I initially studied architecture when injuries at a young age made me look for alternative and non invasive options for healing. I started with yoga and made my first experiences of really just being with myself. It felt like I never gave that time and space before. I discovered in various seminars, trainings, practices and rituals that there is actually a lot more space inside than I thought. And in this space, it is easer to change perspectives, easier to practice self-care and easier to solve the knots within, that reflect on the outside.
With over 20 years of work experience, I offer my skills with tools that brought me the biggest positive change and which became my own medicine on the path of becoming more free and happy myself.
